The website has no message submission form. When contacting the firm directly you may provide identification details, contact information and your request. Data is used to examine the request and respond.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to respond to the data subject’s request and take any pre-contractual steps, under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Methods and recipients
Data is processed electronically with appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Technical providers strictly necessary for the website and email service may process it, acting as processors where required. Data is not disseminated or used for marketing.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 12 months, unless needed to protect a right. If an engagement follows, data is retained according to the periods applicable to the professional relationship and legal obligations.
Data subject rights
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object in the cases provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR. Requests may be sent to the controller. Complaints may also be lodged with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Provision of data
You can choose whether to contact the firm. A reply requires contact details and enough information to understand your request. Avoid sending unnecessary data or documents at first contact. Email and WhatsApp links open external services with their own privacy notices.
